Focus on "Hot Skills"
Many consulting firms offer multiple services and skill areas to their clients, and don't necessarily focus on only what's hot
in the information technology space. They are so busy trying to recruit and deliver within numerous areas of Information

HotSkills focuses on skill areas that are in very high demand, and proactively recruits individuals in those areas. We

off their network of recruits as well as our own through our proactive recruiting methodology. We are able to do this

Reactive
Many consulting firms take a reactive approach to their recruiting efforts, as they become very busy with a workload that
spans multiple service areas and disciplines. Often, their sales staff comes to the recruiting staff with an "open requisition",
and they are expected to recruit for it reactively (competing against any number of other firms seeking the same skill set,
also reactively). This practice does not allow any of these firms to differentiate themselves from one another and can lead
to candidates playing one firm against the other. Often, the candidates themselves are active vs. passive, so you're
often only able to make contact with active candidates currently on the market vs. passive candidates who are already
