Access & Authorization

Access to HotSkills Confidential, Client Personally Identifiable Information
(PII) and Client Confidential information will only be provided to those with a direct need to know in order to accomplish their business requirements. This access will not be granted, transferred, or in any other way given to parties that have not been disclosed to and authorized by the Client.

HotSkills employees will not ask for access to PII or confidential information without providing justification as to why the access is necessary to complete business requirements. All employees are required to pass a background check prior to becoming employed with HotSkills.

Third party service providers, subcontractors, and other authorized parties are required to comply with the provisions of this Privacy Policy.

Retention & Destruction
Client PII, or Client Confidential information is not retained following the completion of work by HotSkills by any unauthorized party, unless it is requested by the Client, and they have provided written authorization to do so. Upon completion of engagements, Client information will be returned to them, and any remaining copies destroyed.

Breaches, Loss, & Notification
Any breach of security involving HotSkills, Client PII or Client Confidential information shall be reported to HotSkills management and Client management immediately. Additional notification of third parties will occur, as required by law, regulation, or business requirement. This includes any loss of computer, telephony, or electronic media, or other resources utilized to process, store, or transmit Client PII or Client Confidential information.

Any inadvertent disclosure of Client PII or Client Confidential information to HotSkills employees will be brought to the attention of the Client Representative and HotSkills management immediately.

Websites
HotSkills utilizes tracking mechanisms to determine the source of interest in HotSkills products and services. These tracking mechanisms include, but are not limited to; cookies, referrer links, or software code to determine the origin of a web visitor.

This information is not shared with unauthorized third parties, but may be used for analysis and marketing purposes.
